What is the allowed time period for returning/exchanging a damaged product?

You can return or exchange a damaged product within one day from the date of receipt.

In the return process, how can I get a refund for the amount I paid?

The amount will be refunded after we receive the damaged product and verify its condition. The refund will then be immediately transferred to your account.

In the exchange process, what steps are taken?

If you wish to exchange a damaged product and choose a replacement, please transfer the price difference between the damaged product and the replacement product.
